Clinical Supervision

Collaborative, Depth-Oriented Supervision for Therapists

Supervision is more than case consultation; it is a space to deepen your clinical intuition, expand your skills, and develop your own authentic therapeutic voice.

I offer clinical supervision for therapists who are interested in working in depth-oriented, trauma-informed ways. My approach to supervision integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and EMDR, with a strong focus on helping clinicians feel more grounded, confident, and attuned in their work with clients.

Whether you are early in your career or looking to deepen your trauma work, supervision can be a place to explore cases, develop clinical insight, and grow your capacity to hold complex therapeutic processes.

My Approach to Supervision

My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and experiential. Rather than focusing solely on case conceptualization, I help therapists explore the internal and relational processes that emerge in the therapy room.

In our supervision sessions, we may explore:

  • Trauma-informed case conceptualization

  • Nervous system awareness in both therapist and client

  • Parts dynamics within therapy sessions

  • Working with complex trauma and dissociation

  • Therapist countertransference and internal responses

  • Somatic cues that arise during clinical work

  • Building confidence and clinical presence

  • Paperwork and admin responsibilities

Supervision is a space where curiosity and learning are encouraged, and where therapists can bring both their questions and their uncertainties.

Modalities Integrated in Supervision

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Supervision through an IFS lens supports therapists in understanding both their clients’ parts and their own internal systems that arise in clinical work. We may explore how parts show up in the therapy room, how to stay grounded in Self-energy, and how to work with protector dynamics.

Somatic Experiencing (SE)

Somatic Experiencing helps therapists learn to track the nervous system and body-based cues that appear during therapy sessions. Supervision may include learning to recognize patterns of activation, shutdown, and regulation in both client and therapist.

EMDR

For clinicians using EMDR, supervision can focus on case conceptualization, targeting, resourcing, and navigating blocks in reprocessing. We can also explore how to integrate EMDR with somatic and parts-based approaches.

Income-Based Supervision Fees

I believe supervision should be accessible and reflect the realities of early career clinicians.

Supervision fees are based on the rate you charge for therapy sessions.

Your supervision rate will match your current therapy fee, with a minimum supervision rate of $90 per session.

Examples:

  • If your therapy rate is $90, supervision is $90

  • If your therapy rate is $120, supervision is $120

  • If your therapy rate is $150, supervision is $150

This structure helps keep supervision sustainable while also honoring the income realities of clinicians building their practices.

Who I Work With

I enjoy supervising therapists who:

  • Want to deepen trauma-informed clinical work

  • Are interested in somatic or parts-based therapy approaches

  • Work with complex trauma, chronic illness, religious trauma or body image concerns

  • Value curiosity, reflection, and relational supervision

What to Expect in Supervision

Supervision sessions are collaborative and supportive while still challenging you to grow clinically.

You can expect:

  • Thoughtful case consultation

  • Experiential learning and reflection

  • Integration of somatic and parts-based perspectives

  • Support navigating complex cases

  • Space to explore your own therapist process
